FAQs
Is there a catch with the $0 transaction fees? No catch. We don't take a percentage of your sales. You only pay standard Credit Card Processing (CCP) through Fullsteam, which is IC (interchange fee) + 2.5%.
Does Commerce7 Lite limit website implementation to Storefront only, or can a winery use a fully custom website design if they'd like to? Commerce7 Lite is not limited to Storefront. Wineries are welcome to use WordPress or another website platform to connect with Commerce7 at their own expense.
If I sign up for Commerce7 Lite, can I upgrade to a different plan at any time? Yes. You would just need to contact support@commerce7.com to begin the process.
What happens if my winery is on the Lite plan and we hit the $100k threshold? You will be automatically moved to the Basic Tier, and will be billed accordingly on your next billing cycle. Once you are billed for Basic, you will immediately gain access to all of the more advanced features on Commerce7.
Can a winery on Lite still use their favorite third-party apps? Absolutely. Wineries on the Lite plan have full access to the 100+ apps in our App Store, just like all other Commerce7 plans.
